Our guests are always at home at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and their In Room Dining experience is no exception. Your organization and service skills as a Mini Bar Attendant will ensure our guests enjoy an appetizing in room selection of snack and beverage items.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to established par levels and standards.
- Ensure minibar consumption is accurately recorded and posted to guest accounts in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily checks of minibar fridges to ensure cleanliness, functionality and proper temperature.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and report discrepancies or shortages.
- Check expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of minibar items (FIFO).
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to align room status and guest preferences.
