About the role
As our next Mining Coordinator reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality production solutions and results within the mine site. The role requires you to effectively manage the mining operational personnel and ensure the timely execution of the mine plan in a safe and efficient manner.

Our Olive Downs Complex Project is situated in Moranbah, Central Queensland.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Assist the Mining Supervisor with leading a mining crew to deliver production results in a safe and efficient manner.

Carry out effective inspection and reporting processes in accordance with relevant site policies and procedures

Co-ordination of production operators and equipment to deliver the production schedule in line with weekly plan.

Conduct mining practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
