- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
- 2 years’ Supervisory or Management Experience.
- 6 years’ Mine Engineering experience within an open cast mining environment.
- Professional Status: ECSA (advantageous).
- System Skills: Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Microsoft Office, Mine Planning Software, Geology Software.
- Behavioral: business acumen, leadership skills, relationship building skills, results driven personality and change management skills.
- Valid code B driving license.
