Accountabilities:
Optimize customer mining operations through technical support, equipment insights, and continuous improvement recommendations.Work closely with customer operations, mine planning, and maintenance teams to ensure effective integration of CAT equipment and technologies.Plan and execute on‑site performance studies with a strong focus on safety, accurate data collection, and professional customer engagement.Analyze study results and prepare high‑quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including RFP support.Provide technical guidance for fleet planning, equipment selection, and cost‑per‑tonne optimization.Coordinate with Product Managers to deliver efficient, cost‑effective customer solutions.Manage and reconcile budgets related to scale assets, including invoicing and expense tracking.Major Job Functions:
