Introduction
Mission Control is responsible for ensuring each trip requested by a rider is successful. Similar to air traffic control, but for our fleet of autonomous vehicles, this team works behind the scenes to ensure trips run smoothly and safely from our service operations command center. They manage fleet and crew allocation in real-time, monitor specific areas within the vehicle’s operational design domain, and implement restrictions if necessary. This role offers a front-row seat to the operational complexities of autonomous mobility and the chance to contribute to the future.
