Job Description
We are looking for a self-sufficient engineer who can manage PPM, proactive and reactive tasks issued through the helpdesk, working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations. 
The successful candidate will consistently exceed customer expectations while operating within agreed service levels and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, F-Gas, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work and COSHH
Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive maintenance works within agreed SLAs
Carry out inspection, repair and modification of air conditioning systems, including compressors, chillers, controls and associated electrical components
Provide first-line reactive maintenance for electrical and switchgear issues
