Role Overview
Mobile Air Conditioning / Multi‑Skilled Engineer supporting the SWR rail contract across London and the Southwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning, mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
- Maintain, repair and fault‑find AC systems including split systems, VRV/VRF and heat pumps.
- Carry out installations, upgrades and minor modifications where required.
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation, safety standards and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accurately complete electronic job records, reports, RAMS and compliance documentation.
