About the Role
Based in the Chesterfield, Clay Cross and the Bolsover areas you will be working 20 hours a week (shifts are between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, with overtime available). You will play a key role in providing high‑quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and showing willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
