Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Swindon, SN11BD

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules. 

Role Responsibilities: 
Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.

Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).

Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.

Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
