Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Phone Technician to join a growing team near Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (hardware & software issues)
* Replace defective parts such as screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.
* Perform software updates, data transfers, and system reboots
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Ensure quality and timely delivery of repairs
* Provide excellent customer service and post-repair guidance
Requirements:
* Proven experience in mobile phone repair (multi-brand experience is a plus)
* Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment
