This role sits at the heart of our recruitment team, helping get candidates site-ready for major industrial, mining and construction projects across Australia.

You’ll coordinate mobilisation and onboarding from start to finish – working closely with candidates, clients, medical providers, and internal teams to make sure everything is compliant, accurate, and ready to go.

It’s busy. It moves quickly. And it suits someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and making things happen.
