**About the Role**
As a Program Specialist on the Mobility LATAM Defect Reduction team, you'll play a foundational role in reducing customer defects by turning data into actionable insights for Product and Business teams. You will support our most critical programs by building data structures, tools, and insights to investigate issues, monitor performance, manage different experience programs, and drive smarter decision-making.
This is a highly hands-on, technical role, ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities who is eager to understand the business and grow into a cross-functional problem-solver.
