Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Definition Engineer to support an Aerospace group in East Hartford, CT. This role will be supporting legacy and current programs, with a strong emphasis on modeling, drawing interpretation, and production definition. Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Create and revise models and drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
- Interpret and apply GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5 – 1998 to 2018).
- Evaluate and correct incomplete or inaccurate legacy drawings by inspecting physical parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product definition meets manufacturing and quality standards.
- Serve as a Checker-level authority for production definition, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
