Minimum 5 to 10 years, preferably in Residential and Commercial precast & tall buildings projects. 
Key Responsibilities  
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural discipline using software such as Tekla (Precast), Revit etc. and generate the shop drawings from model along with quantity take off. 
Prepare detailed CAD drawings for structural discipline using AutoCAD, RC CAD including the reinforcement BBS & quantity take off. 
Ensure models and drawings comply with defined standards, IS codes (detailing) etc. 
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within multi-disciplinary drawings. 
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling outputs. 
Collaborate with engineers to coordinate the design inputs/ information. 
 Qualifications & Skills  
Proficiency in BIM Tekla (Precast), Revit, Navisworks etc. 
Proficiency in AutoCAD, RC CAD.
