Modern work l2 engineer

You will be part of an IT Support Team that serves customers based in South Africa. You will be a handling tasks, implementations, and projects.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 Years' Experience Providing IT Support and Project deployments Matric certificate (Grade 12) at Higher or Standard grade ITIL Foundation Certification MS-900, MS-700, MD-102, SC-900, and AZ-900 Certifications Beneficial: AZ-104 with AZ-800+AZ801, AZ-700 Certifications Managed Service Provider Experience in a technical support role Any additional current and valid certifications in M365 and Microsoft Azure Have strong client-facing IT implementations and support experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Cloud Services.
