Modern Workplace Engineer | Hybrid (Belfast) | Competitive Salary + Benefits  
We're working with a leading organisation seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to help drive their digital transformation journey. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure. 
You'll play a key part in delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, implementing robust security and compliance solutions, and supporting a mix of cloud and on-premise technologies. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Lead Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Phone) 
Support hybrid environments including Windows Server, VMWare, AVD, and Windows 10/11 
Implement and manage tools such as Entra ID, Intune, MFA, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access 
Maintain backup and disaster recovery platforms (Azure Site Recovery, VEEAM, Acronis, Datto...
