Mold Shop Supervisor – Automotive Plastics Industry
A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Querétaro is looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join its plastics operation.
We are searching for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molds, tooling maintenance, and shop floor supervision within high-volume automotive environments.
Key Requirements:- Experience supervising Tool Room / Mold Shop operations
- Strong background in plastic injection molds maintenance & repair
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for molds
- Experience with hot runner systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold adjustments
- Familiarity with machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.)
- Ability to lead technicians and coordinate priorities in a fast‑paced production environment
- Automotive industry experience preferred (IATF environment)...
