- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and optimize molds for plastic components, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the selection, maintenance, and calibration of molding tools and equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Analyze and improve molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects.
- Strong understanding of plastic injection molding machines, including single-shot and multi-shot molding
- Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
