We are recruiting a Mood Ice Cream Parlour Assistant to join our team. 

As Ice Cream Parlour Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. You will prepare each customer order with great pride, passion and care and inspire customers through your knowledge and expertise of our fresh food offering. Your priority will be to demonstrate your passion for quality food, manage queues and maintain the highest standards in hygiene and food safety ensuring each customer receives an exceptional customer experience.
Relevant Skills/Experience:
Excellent communication skills;
Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
A passion for food and the ability to inspire customers
