Motion Graphic Designer

About This Role

You'll join Keka as a Senior Motion Designer, leading motion design across explainers, product demos, reels, and brand campaigns. You're an experienced craftsperson ready to step into a light leadership role—mentoring junior motion designers, setting creative direction, and building scalable motion systems that enable Keka to produce high-volume content without compromising on craft.

You'll report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with the Design, Product, Events, Video, and Social teams. This isn't a pure management role—you'll still be hands-on with animation and motion design around 50% of the time. You're the kind of senior who leads by example
