Overview
As a Motion Web Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.
You bring to the team the following competencies:
- 8+ years of experience in creative or visual design roles, ideally in digital environments.
- Mastery of Lottie Files and light motion design for icons and interactive elements.
- Familiarity with Figma for crafting responsive web designs.
- Experience creating and editing video content for hero sections, homepage banners, or other dynamic assets.
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance principles for web accessibility
- Ability to adapt and recycle pre-approved design elements while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
