This is a remote position. Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points.
Understand and Analyse current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation. Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of holistic solution proposal. Identify opportunities for Automating manual processes.
Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes . Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications. Engage with Vendors as and when required, for effective development, deployment and maintenance of products and features.
Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance. Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery. Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption.
