Location : Bangalore
- Perform integration and system testing of motor control embedded software.
- Test control algorithms such as FOC, PID, speed, torque, and current control.
- Validate software behavior using HIL, SIL, and MIL environments.
- Execute regression testing after software modifications.
- Conduct fault injection testing (overcurrent, overvoltage, sensor faults, phase loss, thermal faults).
- Validate safety mechanisms and protection logic.
- Perform stress, endurance, and performance testing.
- Analyze logs and waveforms using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
- Debug issues related to control stability, timing, sensor feedback, and PWM behavior, and support root cause analysis.
