Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage company vehicles (Elf, Vios, Boom Truck, etc.).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all units.
- Monitor fuel, mileage, repairs, and operating costs.
- Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with LTO and other regulations.
- Supervise drivers/mechanics and ensure fleet safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in fleet/motorpool management.
- Strong technical knowledge of light and heavy vehicles.
- Familiar with fleet systems, diagnostics, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
