Requirements Need to adhere 100% Mould preventive maintenance as per plan. Work plan to be co-ordinated with Mould maintenance TEAM and plan to be submitted 4 days before shut down. Work completion report also to be submitted.
Maintenance of all Core rings, Name plates, Fixtures and studs All documents and reports related to Mould Maintenance ought to be followed as per ISO 9001:2015 principles All daily reports (Mould break down hrs, Prev maintenance check list, Mould history card, Master list of moulds, corerings and Name plates) to be followed/updated on daily basis and reported to Mould Maintenance HEAD Critical spares stock to be maintained properly pertaining to moulds, core rings, name plates and fixyures. Critical Spares stock to be maintained for minimizingthe breakdown. Co-ordination to be done with PDK Materials dept and PDK purchase Team for receipting the spares Responsible for continuous improvement activity in Mould maintena...
