Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Diagnostic Tester specializing in Motor Operated Valves (MOV) and Air Operated Valves (AOV) for nuclear facility maintenance and diagnostics. This role focuses on the troubleshooting maintenance and calibration of MOV and AOV systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and conduct corrective actions for MOV and AOV systems using manufacturer manuals (e.g. Rotork Biffi Dresser Parcol Velan Emerson).
- Perform refurbishment activities on MOV and AOV actuators and their accessories.
- Acquire and analyze data from MOV and AOV systems using diagnostic tools such as Viper20/VOTES Infinity or similar.
- Issue and revise maintenance procedures for electric and pneumatic valve actuators including their accessories.
