In your role as MRO Clerk, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:
- Operates the maintenance tool crib, so that it operates efficiently and within the agreed budget limits.
- Manage the receipt of materials in the system, as well as the outputs according to the FIFO.
- Reviews purchase order acknowledgements and updates pricing and delivery dates in the ERP system.
Provides quantities required during parts shortages to ensure sourcing needs are addressed.
- Collaborates with operations, materials and procurement teams to optimize total value and complete work to support organizational goals.
Communicates and completes work, ensuring information, quoting and sourcing is completed with suppliers.
