**Company Description** About Avery Dennison**The MRO Buyer / Sourcing Specialist is responsible for obtaining the best quality, service and value when sourcing materials for the multiple organizations that enables cost savings, quality materials, and on-time delivery for operational excellence.Transacts purchases of goods and services including but not limited to Maintenance, Repair and Operations.Communicates with suppliers, discussing quotes and price increases, negotiating rates, and evaluating service and quality.The role is focused on improving the performance of our Supply Chain to achieve service excellence and optimize inventory levels to support business objectives.This role will work cross-functionally within Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and MROl suppliers in projects.In your role as MRO Buyer, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:- Operates the maintenance tool crib, so that it operates efficiently and within the agreed budget limits.
