What you'll be doing
Description du poste
Réalisation des activités de supervision
Vous assurez la supervision des infrastructures
Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des événements de supervision (analyse, qualification, résolution, dispatching…)
Vous assurez le maintien à jour des outils de supervision et de métrologie
Résolution d’incidents
Vous assurez le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) de la solution
Vous aidez les utilisateurs finaux en solutionnant les incidents de niveau 2
