The MTO Manufacturing Software Leader combines manufacturing engineering depth with hands-on software and data product capability to deliver measurable improvements in yield, cycle time, quality, and productivity. This position owns high-impact digital workflows in areas such as AI-enabled material forecasting applications, Databricks-based repair data products, SAP router/work center digital alignment, and digital inspection or automated defect-recognition solutions.
