Position Summary The
MTS Equipment (Lithography)
will provide technical leadership to startup of next generation of Fanout packaging equipment, optimize equipment capability, quality, and utilization through CIP to meet company's goals. Responsibilities Have an in-depth understanding of how Photolithography Stepper, Coat, Develop & Dielectric Material Cure process equipment working principle and how critical parameters will impact Photo process. Provide technical and operational leadership to the lithography equipment team. Act as the primary point of contact for equipment related escalations and critical tool issues. Able to work together with process counterpart to resolve complex integration issues. Lead tool performance reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Drive equipment readiness for production ramps, technology transfers, and mass production runs. Coordinate and prioritize team activities to meet manufacturing, uptime, and yield targets. Partner...
