MTS — NAND Cell Film Process Development

Micron Technology is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in Singapore to advance thin film process development for NAND memory technology. This role requires a PhD and 10 to 15 years of experience in thin film research, particularly in diffusion and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The MTS will lead projects, conduct experiments, and collaborate with multi-functional teams while supporting technology transfer and managing process improvements. Strong communication skills and a record of technical contributions are preferred.
