Multi-Floor Door Handle Replacement Technician

Background

During routine inspections and maintenance activities, multiple floor door handles were found to be damaged and no longer functioning properly. Several repair attempts were carried out on the affected handles; however, due to repeated failure and excessive wear and tear, the repairs proved to be temporary and ineffective. The affected door handles exhibit signs of mechanical deterioration, loose fittings, internal locking mechanism failure and physical damage caused by continuous usage. Following detailed assessment and repeated maintenance interventions, it has been concluded that the existing door handles have reached the end of their service life and are beyond economical repair. Immediate replacement is required to ensure proper door operation, user safety and building aesthetics.
