ROLE: Technical Supervisor

HOURS: 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Charlton Gate Business Park, London

We're looking for a Technical Supervisor who will lead and support the delivery of all operations, installations, and maintenance activities across the estate, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑performing environment for all building users.

The role spans two sites and leads a team of four engineers, supporting a luxury retail office site and a warehouse/office environment, maintaining a high‑standard, client‑focused service and ensuring practical, fast‑paced maintenance delivery with an emphasis on Health and Safety.

Role Responsibilities:
