About The Role

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our day-shift engineering team at our modern food production facility in Peterborough.

Working on a 4 on 4 off days pattern, 12-hour shifts , this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that continues to invest in modern equipment, automation, and the development of its people.

In this role, you will support planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery, automated systems, and site equipment, helping to keep our fast-paced production environment running safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with production and wider site teams to minimise downtime, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement across the operation.
