The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of building services systems within commercial and industrial environments.

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Perform emergency lighting testing and general electrical inspections.
- Maintain and repair building services, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power, and mechanical services.
- Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
