Multi Skilled Operative Location: Kings Lynn, but travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required. 
Contract: Permanent 
Working hours: Full time (40 hours per week) – Monday to Friday. 
Salary: Starting salary of £33,806 with progression opportunities to £37,494 per annum depending on skills and experience, plus a company vehicle and additional earning opportunities through call out. 
About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative, with a main trade of Plumbing/Carpentry to join our Team. This role will work to help deliver an effective and efficient service to our residents, working on occupied and empty homes in order to deliver responsive repairs (primarily our North and West areas covering Dereham / Kings Lynn and surrounding areas) and our planned works programme, including Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and Aids and Adaptations.
