 What You’ll Do
As a Multi Skilled Technician, you’ll work across both Manufacturing and Packing to ensure your line delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment (SQCDME) KPIs using IWS tools and techniques. You’ll be empowered to:
Operate and maintain production equipment to the highest standards
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizens and proactive problem-solving
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Danone Quality Food Standards
