Sanctuary provides in‑house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Devon, Dorset and Somerset – predominantly the EX and TA post codes.

£35,579 – £37,452 per year

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

• Carry out internal and external repairs to empty properties.
• Conduct construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.
