Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trades person, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Practical knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications
• Candidates must hold a full driving licence to travel to various job sites.
