Multi Trader (Temp to Perm)
Salary £21.40 an hour – CIS & Van and fuel card provided.
Location Bromley, London, UK.
Day to Day
- Carry out disrepair/larger scale jobs in social housing properties.
- Work in both void and occupied properties.
- Provide good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
- Use a PDA.

Ideal Candidate
Experience as a maintenance operative or multi-skilled operative, multi trade operative, multi trader, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, or handyman with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic or council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
