Job Title: Multi Trader – Disrepair
Location: Croydon

Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS – Weekly Pay

Van & Fuel Card Provided

Day to Day Duties
Carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom installations within social housing properties

Basic carpentry including fitting kitchen units, doors, architraves, and skirting

Boxing in, patch repairs, and making good after installations

Tiling, silicone sealing, and minor plumbing works

Repairing or replacing damaged units, worktops, and fixtures

Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company standards
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms

Multi-trade background with good all-round skills

Good social skills and customer service

Full UK Driving Licence

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualified preferred
