Managing the operations of 2 to 4 locations Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees Ordering and managing inventory Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant Qualifications
