As a Multiskilled Engineer you will manage and maintain building systems across a portfolio of 7,000 UK facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will perform daily building walks, diagnose and resolve faults, record work in the CMMS, and support the CBRE team and BT Customer in all health and safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all test equipment is calibrated, maintained and meets regulatory standards.
• Maintain PPE in good condition and use where appropriate.
• Familiarity with operational safety and associated regulations for pressure, water and gas systems.
• Check relevant Risk Assessments and undertake Dynamic Risk Assessments before any work.
• Carry out a daily building walk to report and rectify faults within SLA.
