Complete a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast mystery-shopping stay.

Evaluate key stages of the guest experience including: Check-in process
Bar service
Dinner in the restaurant

Public facilities and overall atmosphere

Discreetly observe staff behavior, service quality, and professionalism.
Mention a pretend allergy during interactions to evaluate how staff handle guest requests.
