NAND Memory Materials Research Intern

Micron Technology, Inc. is offering an internship position in Singapore for the role of Intern - PD SG Diffusion/Implant. This 4-6 month position requires candidates to be pursuing a PhD or Master's degree in materials chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields. Interns will focus on quantifying Tech Node cell films variation and developing deep knowledge in deposition processes for NAND memory.
