National Business Process Specialist

Mercer Canada is hiring a National Business Process Specialist for our Montreal or Ottawa offices. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days per week.

Partnering with the Canada Health Practice Leader, you’ll manage operations, financial forecasting, and staffing budgets while supporting consultants and strategic initiatives. You’ll deliver financial reports and analysis and execute cross‑functional projects with urgency and attention to detail.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $126,000. Base pay will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
