The Mission of the Hardgoods Distribution Team at Linde Canada is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network for our branches and customers.

• Lead a national team with a strong focus on safety, ensuring all daily activities prioritize safety and staff follow company policies and regulations
• Guide distribution teams through modernization and change by adapting strategies to meet targets and evolving business needs
• Manage team performance using positive coaching and communication to achieve regional and national objectives aligned with Linde’s vision
