The National Manager, Sales is responsible for driving the development and achievement of national sales objectives, while building and supporting a high-performing sales team and support staff.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Report directly to the Director, Sales, and oversee the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Manager, CPO & Remarketing.

Lead core sales operations functions, including business planning, reporting, target setting, performance management, sales process optimization, field training, and program implementation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB), including managing elections, quarterly meetings, and monthly calls.

Provide regional support and contribute to business development across all areas.
