A human resources consulting firm is seeking an HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, deliver training programs, and mentor HR associates. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, with the flexibility to conduct fieldwork nationwide. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields, along with at least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role. This position requires willingness to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
